“4-stars! I love books that take place in and around the water so I was excited when I realized that Poseidon’s Children would involve Atlantis…I did enjoy the theories offered, and the illustrations really jumped off the page. It is also interesting that this tale is told from the viewpoint of several characters… There are some pretty gruesome moments and the bad guys are truly revolting. I was impressed with the imagination and amount of detail that went into bringing these creatures to life. The journey from character to character at the end gave me more than one opportunity to say, ‘I did not see that coming.’”
